"Van started working with us in 2022. We switched plans and he was more patient with us than we could have asked. Van is extremely thorough and communicates so well. He kept us informed when things should happen and the few items that were delayed, we knew about it immediately. Van made sure our build site was clean and there was never any trash left laying around by contractors. He was out several weekends, when he should have been enjoying some down time and rest, cleaning the construction site. Most times Vicki was with him.

Van unfortunately lost his mother and his mother-in-law within the span of 10 days during our build and he never missed a step or let anything fall through the cracks. When Van went out of town with his family once in 9 months of our construction he let us know way in advance and was still communicating with us and the contractors while he was supposed to be enjoying time with his family.

Van worked with our city to pull permits and things we needed and the clerk there asked us to have Van build as many houses as possible in our city, because he was the best builder she had ever worked with. If Van gets frustrated, which I’m not sure he does, he never shows it. His patience, understanding and flexibility are second to none. As our house was getting close to completion he spent almost everyday on our house. He takes immense pride in his work and treats the house he is building as if it were his own and he was going to live in it. If we ever build another house no one but Van would build it. Sorry this is long, but we can’t emphasize enough how easy it was to work with Van and how much pride he takes in his work. If you let Van build your house you will be pleased more than you could ever imagine”
